Parking can be tricky get here early. But very beautiful and peaceful. Can walk from hotels downtown.

Ogunquit and Moody beaches are our family's favorite as we vacationed there annually for 21 years. Beautiful sand with tide that was great for children playing. Parking is always difficult and expensive ...and Moody is now a restricted area with ocean front property owners owning to low tide. Village of Ogunquit is a great place to wander on foot with boutique shops, unique restaurants and overnight lodging ...especially for non-seasonal visits.

Rated one of the best beaches in the USA. Easily walk 3-5 miles on white sand, watch he waves and wildlife, get up early and catch a sunrise. Very safe beach for young children with numerous tide pools.

Truly unique beautiful beach! I have been going to this beach for years! It is peaceful and relaxing. The high tide does tend to cover most of the beach by the parking lot, but there is plenty of space if you walk down the beach. There is a river that runs into the ocean at this beach.

Wide sandy beach ever changing with the tides. Great swimming and walking beach. Covered beach shelter for viewing the beach in adirondak chairs.

Ogunquit Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the area. During low tide the beach is HUGE but as the tide comes in the beach shrinks down to nothing. If you do go plan to spend the day and get there early! Parking at this location goes quick!

I'm biased, but Ogunquit Beach is my favorite place in the world...beautiful soft white sand, gorgeous clean water...

A three mile long beach with plenty space to play or relax on a sunny day. At the end of the street (the mileage listed here must be to the main beach parking lot).

Ogunquit's 3 miles of sand, from the main downtown access to the Footbridge access only 1 mile from Leeward Landing. The beach is beautiful, and accessible, all year round. Summer days swimming and sunning. Dogs are allowed beginning in October through the winter, and the beach is quieter - great for walking!

Beautiful area beach! The Marginal Way is a beautiful walk along the coast line. This beach is about 10 miles south of Kennebunk. Well worth the drive to discover!

One of Maine's finest beaches that stretches three and a half miles. Great fur surfing, walking, or just relaxing.

Best beach in the area but parking is expensive. You can park in back of the village for a much lower rate and take the trolley to the beach for a few dollars more.

The finest beach in Maine, soft white sand, loads of room to spread out and trolley service for ease of access.

Beautiful soft sand, a playground of undeveloped beach for windsurfing, castle building, kite flying, body surfing, beach combing and good ol' fashion relaxing. Be sure to bring the sun screen and enjoy the calming beat of the ocean waves whether rain or sunshine. This is a beautiful place by the sea.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Especially at low tide after 5pm when you practically have it to yourself :)

Nowhere else along the entire coast of Maine (over 2,500 miles) is there a beach like Ogunquit..3 miles of the finest white sand, and beautiful dunes.

Always rated one of New England's top Beaches and we just happen to be a very short stroll away.

The closest beach to the condo, only a 15 minute walk, or a few minutes on the trolley. Surf and sun here we come!

It's huge, and sandy. In Maine, not all beaches meet both of those criteria. At high tide, it gets pretty narrow, so checking the tide chart might be worthwhile before heading out. At low tide, you can get as much as 200 yards of beach, and it's miles long. Waves aren't generally huge, so swimming is easy (except for the water temps), but it is wavy enough for surfers to play around. Great for sand castles. There's parking at the end of Beach Road.
