absolutely beautiful. being high up there makes you realize how small you are compared to everything else in the world. it makes your problems seem insignificant. i loved it.

We did this at night and the view was fab. Not much to do inside unlike the ESB it's more expensive aswell but well worth the trip up for the view

The views from the observation deck where absolutely breathtaking.. the see though glass gives you a feeling like nothing is there but just you and the spectacular views. They have a really cool interactive lighting games in the top floor deck that you can play with for some time just goofing off. You get the best view of the Empire State Building as well witch is a bonus

Along with the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center is another must-do for anyone visiting NYC for the first time. Top of the Rock is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Afterwards, be sure to stop by Magnolia Bakery for some banana pudding!

A bit expensive and takes a long time to go up. But is is pretty cool and they don't rush you once you get up. Wish we could have done it at night instead

We were told this is the best view of NYC and it did not disappoint. There are 3 levels of views/decks. Very pricey for the elevator ride up.

Such a great view. I highly recommend, more than Empire State Building, as you can see the ES from top of the rock. The lines aren't too long either and it's never been overly crowded.

One of the best places to get a full view of Manhattan (empire state included), you can even see Central Park over here. Located on one of the best building in the city. You access to the observatory in a high speed elevator that it's amazing!!!

It was beautiful and calming. It's one of my favorite places in nyc. Romantic if you go during sunsets. I mean the lines are ridiculously long though so go during a time that isnt as you expected. I dont know haha its pretty great to see nyc

The last time I was here I was on a field trip, but I remember the view from the top was amazing. I also really liked the elevator ride, haha (:

Decided to act like a tourist and bought some tickets through my old friend that used to work there,
to see what all the fuss was about. I must say it definitely humbles your native Ny-er. On a clear day (similar to the day I went) it provides a truly amazing bird's eye view of the concrete jungle. Happy I went and suggest anyone else to go.

This is a great substitute for the Empire State Building, definitely cheaper, with great views of the city and you can see the Empire
State Building from there! It's also got a bunch of cool history connected to it so da fun to walk around and discover the story of the Rockefeller center.
