Big Apple landmark known the world over. The building is lit up at night, often color coordinating for popular holidays. The observatory is one of the best places to view Manhattan's cityscape - tickets can be bought online or in the lobby.

Visited here with the Explorer Pass which definitely makes the whole experience worth it and worth the visit. 360 degree views of New York at sunset is beautiful!

The queues in this place in the height of summer are the WORST . Last time I went was February and it was great we had the place to ourselves practically, only went to the 84th floor ,or is it 86?I've been here roughly 5 times but never at night, will be back again in 2018 hoping to see it at night

The Empire State Building is an American cultural icon. It is designed in the distinctive Art Deco style and has been named as one of Seven Wondets of the Modern World by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Must place to visit in NYC. Crowded all days of the year and all times of the day. Opens till 2am which is good. You can also book for an express entry get ride of the lines for security check and elevator. Overall a great place to visit.

I enjoyed the whole experience maybe because it reminded me of "Sleepless in Seattle" maybe!!! But it was very busy during that day.

It maybe an icon of all skyscrapers built all around the world and not just New York and the views are truly awe inspiring but if you have to go up it at night, wait until at least 11 at night. I made the mistake of going at 9 o'clock at night and it was dreadful. The line of tourists was far too long and up top you are fighting with everyone else for photos, and tourists aren't the most forgiving people in the world.

While you do have to pay a bit to go up to the top, it provides such a beautiful view of the city and the surrounding areas from early morning to late at night.

A tad pricy but the view is worth every penny. The view from this beautiful structure will be sure to take your breath away and leave you with some stunning captures.

Tallest building in Manhattan's mid-town. The lines are long, but the view is worth every minute!

The Empire State Building is one of the most recognized historical buildings in NYC. Depending upon the season, it changes colors to celebrate the moment. You can't get all the way to the top, but 80 plus floors up still gives a spectacular view of the city day or night. I can't help but think of the romantic meaning from An Affair to Remember and later in Sleepless in Seattle..just watch where you are walking!

80, 86, and 102 are all the tour floors available. Each one has something different. All of them have incredible views of the entire city. Windows completely encompass every floor so you can't miss a thing! The 86th floor also has an outdoor observation area!

A trip to NYC is not complete without visiting this historic skyscraper.

I came here around 11pm at night without the long dreadful line. That's right, take that! What made it even more special was the nice mist and breeze once you're at the top observatory deck. Super romantic I must say.

I really enjoyed the three hundred and sixty degrees view of the city. Nighttime is my favorite time to view the city with pretty lights everywhere. I won't lie; looking down was a little scary (I'm afraid of heights) for me.

Overall, I could not have asked for a better weather and the timing was just right to visit Empire State Building. Thank you thank you!

We had and amazing expirience on top of Empire State Building. Because we traveled off-season we didn't have to spend long time in the queue, we enjoy the beautiful sunset and spend great time there.
