I stayed here once, and frequent this hotel for conferences. Overall, a good experience. Glad they finally finished renovating the entry way.

Massive midtown hotel with good rates. Enjoyed staying here over the holidays because it's an easy walk to Radio City Music Hall for the Christmas show and to Rockefeller Center for ice skating. And don't forget all those department store windows!

This hotel is in such a great location! Right in the middle of Manhattan and within walking distance to so much. The Halal Guy's is even located right outside. Perfect for eats at any time of the day. The rooms are very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. There's lots of work space and outlets to plug in all of your electronics. Room service was friendly and prompt. I'd definitely stay here again!

Even though a little dated, New York Hilton Midtown is the perfect location for all things NY. Only steps from Radio City Music Hall, Broadway, Carnegie Hall, Central Park, and much more. This Hilton is truly "midtown" in all true sense of the phrase!

Oh bother, this NY Hilton Hotel in Midtown has got the worst hotel service ever. Well, a few years ago, I've stayed here for a night ($520.00). Woke up early in the morning and tryin' to go outside to grab a cup of coffee and a bagel at the Starbucks nearby. When I came back to the hotel, I thought my room just got robbed by a robber or something. And of course it is not. It's just the hotel staff moving all my stuff from the table, the shelves and dropped it to the stupid dirty floors. Unbelievable! That's extremely unprofessional. Unacceptable! And when I've asked and talks to the supervisor... I can't believe they (its Spanish supervisor and staff) don't even apologize it. But, if, if... they apologize, I might still not gonna accept it. Of course they didn't, because they don't even think that's wrong. So wrong!!! It went fr. being the worst customer service ever in the hotel history. :-(

Massive Hilton located in the heart of midtown. Clean rooms and plenty of grab and go eateries downstairs. Helpful Tip: Check in time isn't until 3pm.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights May 31- June 3. This hotel is in an excellent location. We were able to walk or take the subway to absolutely everything in the city. We arrived 1 hour before check-in and they let us check-in with no issues. We were in our room by 2 pm. Our room was a great size. I expected much smaller for NYC. It is a bit noisy with all the honking horns even though we were on the 24th floor, but hey welcome to NY. The beds were extremely comfortable too. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel on future trips to NYC.

The first thing to note about the Hilton hotel in Midtown is its size. Upon first arriving, i compared it to a hotel you would find in Las Vegas or Atlantic City - grande and more of a city in itself rather than just a hotel. There are multiple dining options, a gym, shops, a bar, and lots of staff to help with information on events and sights all around New York City. The location is exactly where you want to be if you're a first time visitor to New York - in the middle of Manhattan close to all the huge sights. While it is a massive hotel, the room was still welcoming and a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The NY Hilton Midtown is in a desirable location for first-time Manhattan visitors. It is close to many attractions including Central Park, Columbus Circle/Time Warner Center, Rockefeller Center/Radio City, Times Square/theatre district, and the Museum of Modern Art, as well as many subway lines.

The hotel had recently undergone some renovations, but it still feels like it doesn’t maintain crowds well. That said, the reception line moved quickly enough, and I finally was able to see the room.

It was a Premier room – perhaps this meant that it had the addition of a couch – but was otherwise nondescript and clean. Waiting for the elevator can be trying at times, but after all, you’re staying at this hotel for its central location. Wifi is likely to have an extra charge too.

This midtown location of the Hilton is a massive brick of a building taking up the entire block, and befitting a hotel of this size, houses several restaurants and bars as well as an extra large fitness center and tons of meeting and event space. The rooms and suites are fairly spacious for a NYC hotel, and each come with HDTVs, a work desk, comfortable bedding, and a marble bathroom. The area around the hotel is lively and full of restaurants, bars, and shops, but if you don’t feel like venturing out, you have a plethora of options within the confines of the hotel- indulge in a cocktail at Bridges Bar or the Lobby Lounge, or grab a bite at Herb n’ Kitchen. The most exciting option, however, must be the minus5 ice bar where everything is made of ice, from the astounding handcrafted ice sculptures and architecture, to the glasses you sip your vodka-based cocktail out of.

Boutique hotel in Midtown, wonderful location to visit the city: a block away from 5th Av., Rockerfeller, Radio City Hall and tube station (E line coming from JFK). 10min walk from Times Square and Central Park. Breakfast is AMAZING but pricey (45$ each). Rooms are big even if not super modern (no mini bar, bathroom a bit aged)... but I would definitely recommend it!

Everything you would expect of a Hilton in midtown New York

The location is central to a lot of NYC landmarks and tourist spots. The staff is friendly and there is on-site security.
