fun! Everywhere you turn there are items from the biggest legends to ever grace us with their voices. While there, you will not want to miss the many current exhibits, such as one featuring the Bakersfield Sound. The museum also houses a large collection of artifacts, from clothing belonging to everyone from Minnie Pearl and Tennessee Ernie Ford, to a car that belonged to Elvis himself!

A little disappointing. It's a cool venue, but I felt the museum was lacking. There's a good mix of historical and modern country music artists represented, but I couldn't help but feel everything was just so superficial. If you've been to the (far superior) Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, you'll likely feel let down by the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The space is wonderful, on multiple levels, with lots of cool memorabilia and video presentations. My favorite parts were interactive, like the recording booths where you could lay down a track and listen live. I also liked the random weird things on display like the cornfield from "Hee Haw" and Hank Williams' guitar. It's mostly a collection of guitars and clothing, which does get old after a while. The hall of records is awesome, so make sure you snap some photos in there.

I love all sorts of music and while I enjoyed this museum and felt it was well worth the price of admission, I felt like something was missing. I wanted more in-depth displays and more artifacts. Plan to spend about 2-3 hours here, depending on your interest in country music.

If you love country music, you will love this expansive collection of stories and artifacts from country artists throughout time! Make sure you give yourself a couple of hours to check out the museum and then plan on heading to Broadway to hear some live music for yourself!

The Country Music Hall of Fame is a true Nashville icon. They have daily exhibits as well as shopping and dining. DO NOT forget to visit Hatch Show Print while you there! You are certain to find something of Nashville or your favorite artist to take home with you.

If you can catch a show here the acoustics are incredible and they put on some very unique sets. If there isn't a show, the building is fun to explore and offers lots of history and fun souvenirs.

Huge museum that you should plan to spend a few hours at. I did not grow up listening to country music and have only very casually started listening to it some country music in the last few years. I say this because I came in without the same context that a lot of people who would visit would have and really enjoyed my trip there. The museum walks you through the history of country music and what the influences and key players were for each era. In that sense, I thought there was a little more historical narrative than what I remembered from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The second floor you walk through is a little more chaotic and there is a lot more to take in, but that's where I learned how artists I'm much more familiar with both influenced and were influenced by the Nashville music scene.

There's a huge interactive area that I wished I spent more time in, but you end in the hall dedicated to the legends of country music.

All in all, a fun trip and definitely a must see in Nashville.

A 20 minute walk or a free city golf cart.
Great place to spend 3-4 hours, plus a nice restaurant for lunch.

Located just a bit from Broadway, this is seriously a museum that’s worth visiting. Especially if you’re a country fan! They have memorabilia from all eras of country music, including everyone from Johnny Cash to Taylor Swift. Swift even opened a neat educational center a couple of years ago, so there’s a clean and new place for children that gives the star a big thumbs up in my book. You really just have to go to live the history and see the truth behind all the songs.

Quite fun to walk around and see some of the famous Country Star's memorabilia. They usually also have a tour of a particular artist's story and their personal items.

So much country music history packed into one building. This museum takes you from the start of country music to the stars of today. You can see artifacts from every major country star from the past 50 plus years. Several exhibits focus on popular artists and display memorabilia from albums, videos, and awards shows. Video montages play throughout the museum and the tour is capped by the HOF plaques displayed for each of the artists inducted.
