going with a party of more than 2 people. We had just 2 people and we didn't even put a dent in the amount of food we had to choose from.

Great place to people watch and enjoy the breeze. Even if it's not my scene, we often found ourselves strolling here at night. There is a frenetic energy that pulls you in that has nothing to do with the glowing shops, bars or pulsating attractions.

Always a fun time downtown Myrtle Beach. Shopping, attractions, dining and much more. Great restaurants are Landshark, Pier 14 and Riptydz.

This Beautiful Boardwalk opened in 2010 and runs 1.2 miles along the oceanfront from Pier 14 at 14th Ave North to the 2nd Avenue Pier at 2nd Ave North. National Geographic has ranked the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk number three in the United States!

The Boardwalk and Promenade are a 15 minute drive from Ocean Lakes. This is a great place to enjoy the ocean, beach shops, restaurants, etc. The boardwalk is 1.2 miles and a great place to get a walking workout!

I hate to be a Debbie downer. I love myrtle beach. I haven't been here in 15 years but I have so much fond memories of that time. Coming here and seeing every single shop selling bowls, bongs, edibles and an insane amount of weapons.... it's not the place of "innocence" I remember. No judgement if that's your thing --- I just wasn't expecting things to have changed so drastically.

Shop, grab something delicious to eat, or sit back with a few cocktails and enjoy the ocean view. The boardwalk has fun for all.

This time around, my hotel was right on the boardwalk. I've always enjoyed the boardwalk's shopping, food choices, and (confession time) people watching. Overall, just a great place to go if you're in the Myrtle Beach area.

The boardwalk is great. There are so many things to do and so many stores to go in. It's a good place to go on a date.

We were there off-season in October, so it was not busy or hot at all. Without the crowds you miss some of the atmosphere though, and some of the places were closed. That being said, it is still a great boardwalk with lots to do and see.

Tourist trap and haglers. Guys chasing us down the boardwalk trying to get us to come in the store. Not friendly and realized why it was completely deserted when we got there.

The boardwalk is wide here at Myrtle Beach with a lot of shops, attractions and restaurants! It's very clean and the people are very friendly. There are bars as well but the place is still very family friendly. It is also a great place to find souvenirs.

Few oceanfront sights are as well loved as a Boardwalk teaming with families, cotton candy, hot dogs, and amusement park rides. Nothing says “summer” quite like a visit to an iconic seaside boardwalk; in fact, great songs have been written in its honor. For many years, Myrtle Beach’s boardwalk was not up to the standards a world-class vacation destination such as Myrtle Beach deserved. All that changed in 2008 when the city of Myrtle Beach announced plans to develop what is now more than a mile of oceanfront boardwalk. In May, 2010, the Boardwalk and Promenade opened to great public fanfare. It was again expanded northward in 2013, and is part of an ongoing revitalization of the downtown Myrtle beach oceanfront. The award-winning Boardwalk stretches form the 2nd Ave Pier to just north of the 14th Ave Pier and 8th Ave. N.
