The service and food is consistently outstanding. Everything is delicious but the stand out’s of the night were the miso black cod, the hot pot, grouper tempura, and the truffled beef tataki. I would recommend outside seating if you are with a big group since it can get pretty loud inside.

Great sushi, robata grill and best brunch in Miami. Great bar scene and cocktails every night of the week, sexy crowd and very consistent. Waterfront dining with a view of the mega yachts

I'm sure kinds of old had servants chew their food for them, but at Zuma you'll want to chew the food yourself, it's that good. The only problem is that the food is so artfully and beautifully displayed in every dish, that you'll annoy your friends with the constant compulsion to photograph everything you eat and then post it on Instagram. Also, make sure you dress to impress because the everyone here is a professional jet-setter who shops at Bal Harbor Shops, but I'll get to that later...

Have to say this is consistently one of the best restaurants in Miami. Just like its London outpost it is busy and filled with beautiful people. Make sure you reserve before you head there. Also great for lunch.

Had a fantastic dinner here - don't miss sharing the rib eye or the pork belly - Japanese Tapas - who knew? It's great and fun!

The hardest reservation in Miami, but worth every favor for a table. I've eaten there four times this season and dream about it when I'm gone. In the truly epic Epic Hotel in downtown Miami, it's already a legend, as jet-setters know it from their other locations in London, Dubai and Istanbul. The seared beef tataki (with fresh Perigord truffles) and the black cod and prawn dumplings are ridiculous.
