I like the Line. I do. Don't get me wrong in this review. I just tend to enjoy flying solo from time to time and this is the kind of place where everyone is in groups of 4 to 8 lol. If you want to role solo, this probably isn't a spot for you unless you are very open and talkative like me. But if you are looking for a decent place to have fun with a group of friends, this works :)

This is the new hotspot hotel in LA based in Korea Town. This concept hotel is the brainchild of famous chef Roy Choi (kogi) and The Houston Brothers nightlife gurus (No Vacancy, Pour Vous, Good Times Davey Wayne's, etc). Great for having a night out or getting your grub on.

If you are hungry they have two restaurants: Pot (in the lobby) and The Commissary (2nd floor).

Also their lobby is no ordinary lobby. On select weekdays and on the weekends, they have DJs play and the lobby transforms into a party. The most happening lobby I have ever been too. You can even order bottle service at their round tables haha.

The pool area is a popular hangout spot too known to have events and DJs on given days.

The hotel group behind NY’s Ace and NoMad, not only gave this boutique hotel a mid-century modern look, but loosened up the button-up feel by enlisting LA tastemakers such as Kogi's Roy Choi to oversee the food (Pot, Commissary), the Houston Bros the nightlife (Breakroom 86) and Poketo to run a novelty gift shop. The dynamic results can be seen in nightly hashtags as The Line has become THE place to be, not just in K-town, but all of LA.

The Line is one of those Hotels that you would go to to pick up women, meet people and generally socialize. Its what Socialites in Ktown would consider up-and-coming. While a few Years ago this Hotel was rather shitty, its great to see it become a a great nightlife spot.

The drinks are rather pricey, as with any Hotel Bar, but the food they serve is great, especially if you're with a group of buddies and you need something to munch on. I personally haven't been to the Commisary Restaurant. I've heard its good, however pricey and simply out of my Budget.

Now there is POT, which is Roy Choi's sort of super trendy super expensive class of restaurants. While completely different in class, price and portion sizes from Kogi and Chego, the food is still absolutely amazing. Be ready to shell out a bill for a date though.

The bar inside the hotel is really nice. There are a lot of unique drinks served here and the party is happening here on weekend nights!

One of the new and upcoming places in Los Angeles to vibe with the scene in Koreatown.

Good crowd and drinks are a decent price (about 12$). The food is on point as well!

My friend and I try to come here every Thursday to see Ali Shaheed and vibe with his mix. The vibe there is really nice and chill. The drinks are made very well. And the staff is very easy going. It's awesome to see people dancing there as well. I enjoy the vibe there. Everyone is always having a good time and the music is good.

Love it here. Clean and very trendy hotel. Love going to the Commissary for breakfast (located on second floor next to pool). Great coffee shop in the lobby too. Very low key when it wants to be but on the weekends, it turns into a big party!

Popular place to be in koreatown. Parking is horrendous but I always managed to find a spot after circling around couple of times.

The lounge is located inside the hotel. You cannot miss it when you walk in.

During busy nights the music is super loud and the seats are filled with people who are shouting over the music to talk.

The drinks very unique and pricey. The white Russian they create are super heavy and thick. Their long Island has grass jelly and it's missing something compared to the original version.

If you're lucky, you ll see Roy Choi chilling with the Dj.

They even have a bakery open all night long.

This latest addition to Koreatown is my absolute favorite!! From the architecture to the staff, every detail is perfect! Celebrity Chef Roy Choi has opened the lobby bar, aptly named 'Pot' with a restaurant soon to come! The atmosphere is hipster cool, distinctly Korean. The rooms are comfortable, all of the furniture was specially designed for the hotel and the rooms have floor to ceiling windows. Koreatown has come a long way and this is truly the best of the best!!
