An evening at RAH is truly delightful! This beautiful venue offers a variety of great performances from Pavarotti to Dalai Lama. Most shows are modestly priced. The experience is never a good fit for solos!

Through the summer, the Royal Albert Hall hosts the BBC Proms, culminating in the final night, broadcast to huge screens in Hyde Park.

Remarkable Concert Hall - home of the BBC's annual Promenade concerts and much, much more. Good to take tour of this Victorian building if nothing else. 8 minutes from us by bus and overlooking The Albert Memorial and Hyde Park, and within walking distance of both Kensington to the west and Knightsbridge to the east.

Absolutely beautiful venue with amazing acoustics. Some of the seats in the boxes aren’t that good (be careful of poles), but it’s quite possibly one of my favourite venues.

And they serve beer in actual glasses which for London is a complete novelty.

This building is awesome and a great venue. I took the Grand Tour. Very informative. It was fun to see behind the scenes and learn about the history and the inner workings of RAH. There's a small gift shop and cafe too. They have a nice selection of trinkets for sale and the coffee's pretty good at the cafe. All of the staff, from tour guide to barista, was friendly and knowledgeable.

An amazing concert hall which is just huuge on the inside. Saw Coldplay perform here and it's a memory to keep. The interior of the building is just as pretty. Do check it out once!

Haven't been inside yet (I will be sure to get tickets for the Last Night of Summer Proms one day!), but I did walk around and I was very impressed by the architecture of the building and the Royal Albert Memorial behind was mighty too!

I have not yet been inside, but it was very impressive from the outside, with great views from the park (standing at the Albert Memorial).

Part of the "Museumland" complex in South Kensington. The home of the "Proms" as well as a number of other events. To me it is an amazing building from the outside but can be very cramped inside.

Incredible venue, often holding some of the best concerts and events anywhere in London. Heard Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh talk here - look out for amazing events like that!

The Royal Albert Hall is an iconic concert hall that is easily recognizable by its round shape. Even back in the day when it was built, the concept of providing surround sound is already integrated into the designs. Truly ahead of its time. and now? the RAH is timeless.

Located about 15 mins walk away on Kensington High Street, this world famous show house is totally circular in building shape, and stands majestically in the middle of Kensington's rich and famous residential area. There are music performances, circuses, and famous bands who play here from time to time.

Go to see a show at Royal Albert Hall, even just for the excuse to go inside.

Wonderful venue, and one of the London landmarks that tell the tale of Victoria and Albert, the great love affair of modern UK history. The acoustics were pretty bad, until mushroom-shaped buffers were hanged on the ceiling.

Wonderful place. I was there for my brother's graduation ceremony. Very beautiful interiors, the seats are a bit small but that is expected in such a big hall. Brilliant architecture
