I really liked the Big Ben and I took a couple of pictures with it it's really nice and old and teaches you a little about london's history

Amazing experience just to walk or drive by. Located by the Thames River, this clock stands tall in all its beauty.

London is a great place, you will find what what to do, no matter your age, or tribe you belong. Such a great experience, loved it!

Big Ben is definitely the number one thing to do as a tourist. It is fairly anticlimactic, but if you have a limited amount of time to spend on a layover, take the tube to see it. It takes significantly less time than you would expect.

Big Ben is a "must see" in London. Possibly a good idea to combine seeing this famous clock along with a tour of Parliament. Westminster Abbey is close by with all the famous people commemorated within.

London is thus far my favorite city! There are so many things to do and so many places to eat. I really like the culture and it makes it that much more comfortable that I am abroad but English is the common language. I really liked all the shops in Chinatown, as well as shopping in general. Can't wait to go back!

I really enjoyed watching the sunlight seep through the rain clouds over Big Ben. The most beautiful shot you can get of the Big Ben is on top on the London eye as you tower over England. By far one of the coolest experiences of my life.

As iconic a sight in London as there is, Big Ben is one of the worlds most famous landmarks. You cannot visit London without visiting.

It's really just a bell tower. Nay, the bell is actually called big ben, not the whole thing.

It's worth a picture but is not that interesting. I wouldn't make a detour but if you are on Whitehall or the South Bank then pop across.

If you happen to be wandering around Westminster on a Saturday or Sunday, odds are you might get caught up in a rally, about practically anything. I had quite the experience last weekend when a housing rally bombarded the streets of Parliament. The best strategy: join them. Soon I was holding a "Housing for all; people before profit" banner.

Not much excitement here, but it is cool to see that thing in person that's you seen in pictures or movies so many times.

One of my best memories on my trip to London was stepping out of the underground and onto the street, with Big Ben looming over! Quite impressive area.

An historic clock- at the very least, go past it on the no.24 bus which is as good way for doing a tour of London but for £1.40!

We went on Nov 5th, Guy Fawkes night. The streets were closed but you could walk around without being ran into by other tourists. It was a little surreal but the best way to experience the Big Ben Bell without crowded streets.

An iconic landmark in London, this is not to be missed on your next visit. Conveniently located near the river, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and more, you will hear the bell long before you see the outline of this famous building. Want to really surprise your travel partners? Take the tube to Westminster station and when you walk up the stairs to street level, you will be face to face with Big Ben! There is also a little pub across the street that is lovely if you fancy stopping off for a meal and a pint or even just a cup of tea. After all, when in Britain, do as the British do!
