I stayed in many hotels on the Strip and loved this one because it was quiet, didn't have a smoke-filled casino in their lobby and gave you "an escape" when you wanted to relax and get away from the craziness that is Vegas. Would recommend for couples or a small group.

This is a pretty awesome place to stay if you need a place to decompress from the hustle and bustle of the casinos and the Strip. All the suites have kitchens, which is awesome if you have the need to cook. Plus, eating out at so many mediocre restaurants gets old. And expensive.
The suites are modern and contemporary. The bedrooms are a nice size and comfortable.
Even though it's tucked away in the back of City Center (whether intentionally or unintentionally), you can walk to Bellagio from a walkway connected to the hotel, Aria and Cosmopolitan are walking distance next door, and the City Center Tram can drop you off at Crystals and the Monte Carlo and you're a short walk to Planet Hollywood.

Service has been superb. If you use the kitchen in the suite, housekeeping will bring you utensils AND cookware!

Overall it's been a fantastic experience staying here. I can't be more pleased.

The downside is the pool closes early, like 8pm on the weekends.

The wifi is free, which is awesome.

One of the nicest hotels / condo towers on the strip with sleek room design. Stay here and enjoy all the benefits within walking distance at the cosmopolitan and Aria

Located next to Aria, this quiet, yet luxury non-gaming resort destination features spacious accommodations which are more than just your ordinary standard rooms. All of the rooms are more like suites with some of the best Las Vegas Strip views around. Sink your body into the soft king bed or plush sofa (which are in each suite). Most suites come equipped with a kitchenette which is convenient. While at Vdara, feel relaxed with a trip to ESPA at Vdara for a therapeutic specialty massage, body treatment or facial. Since you’re in the heart of CityCenter, retreat to The Shops at Crystals where a collection of high-end stores such as Louis Vuitton, Versace, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana. Fendi, Gucci and Christian Louboutin are located.

This Hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of the strip. It is super clean and customer service is amazing. It has everything you need. What I really liked about it is that it doesn't have a casino. Perfect to get away from all that cigarette smoke and craziness and come to your hotel room to just relax.

Excellent boutique hotel just off the Vegas Strip. The hotel does not have a casino so it's quieter and you don't have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to your room. Rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. Bathrooms have glass shower stalls as well as heavenly soaker tubs. Terrific views of the Strip. A bit of a hike to go anywhere from the Vdara, so call a cab if you're wearing stiletto high heels.

Haven't actually stayed here yet but I've heard enough to know this is probably one of the best places to stay - it doesn't actually have a casino in it but you can easily walk to Aria or take the tram to Bellagio for that. The first thing that strikes you is the smell of the air when you walk in - it's a Spa after all! Every room is a suite, so just reflect on that before you decide to make the obvious booking decision!

Sleek and stylish! Lovely hotel another one of nice, high end hotels on the strip.

I Love love love this hotel. It is the only place I like to stay when I'm in Vegas. First the WHOLE hotel is a NO SMOKING ZONE, so you can sleep and not still feel like your on the casino floor. Second every room is a suit with a kitchen. The view is great and the spa is amazing. They also have FREE valet parking. The only thing and this is never a deal breaker for me, but the pool area is a pool, not like other hotels where the pool area has a lot of bells and whistles. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.

Great small non-smoking hotel with no casinos. If you want to escape the casino hustle and still want to be on the strip, this is a great choice. The pool is small and nice. I would not recommend it with kids.

This was my first visit to the Vdara and I really. Liked it. This is not your typical Vegas hotel. No casino. No Smoking. Relatively small. As a result, it is quieter and has less of a party vibe than other hotels. I liked that, but not the place for the "Vegas experience". The rooms were big and nice. Beds super comfy. Staff was great. The only thing I didn't love was the pool, which was pretty small and had overly loud club music playing all afternoon. Not great with kids. Perfect business hotel. @vdraralv.

The Vdara is top notch, from its gorgeous decor to its even more gorgeous views. The 1-bedroom suite is larger than expected, with an ample sized kitchen/dining area and a plush, uber comfy king bed. There are two TVs back to back on the entertainment center, so you can watch from the bed or the couch, and the floor to ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the Vegas Strip no matter where you are in the suite. my favorite part, though, was the enormous bathroom (as big as some hotel rooms I've seen), with a deep soak tub, glass shower with rain head spigot, long marble counters (and drawers!), and vanity lights - perfect for prettying up before the bachelorette party.

This property within City Center is very well appointed. The architecture and design is stunning, and the Aria Casino is just next door.

Loved the Vdara. It was such a delight to come back to a non gaming/non smoking hotel after having been in the other casinos all day. Very relaxing stay. Staff was fabulous. It is the one hotel I didn't mind spending the day in when a wind storm hit during our trip. The strip is easily accessible via short walk to the Bellagio or Aria. Definitely looking forward to a return trip

Vdara was a great hotel to stay in. I love staying in casino free/smoke free hotels. This is definitely in my top three with Trump and Palms Place.

When we checked in, we upgraded to a "two room suite" for $30 extra per day. The room has a king bed, a large bathroom with shower and tub, a living room area with a pull out couch bed, a dining area, kitchen, full fridge, washer and dryer, and second bathroom (more of a half bathroom/powder room/no shower).

There is complimentary bottled water in the room daily, and be aware there is also a $25 daily resort fee which gives you free wi-fi, pool access (Vdara and Aria), bottled water, access to fitness center.

There is no self parking, only valet.

Customer service was great and we really enjoyed our stay here. I like that it's conveniently located in city center and you can walk right into the Bellagio from this hotel or take a tram to Aria/Crystals or Monte Carlo.

The only thing that there was to complain about was housekeeping one day. However, the situation was remedied and it was not bad enough to prevent me from staying here again or discourage anyone else from staying here.

Not your typical Vegas Casino hotel. Vdara is a very nice addition to the Vegas strip. It is a hotel that put you at the midst of actions and still provides an escape from all the noisy casinos and cigar polluted air.

*Room (4.5/5 Stars) - The deluxe room is a pretty spacious suite with a decent size kitchenette and separate dining area. Microwave comes in handle at times but I wish they put a coffee maker there as well. Decor are modern and chic. Appliances are new but the cabinets seem a bit flimsy. Some already have dents and scratches. With the convertible queen size sofa bed in the living room and a king size bed, this room could fit 4 people. I like how the living and sleeping area are sectioned by the back to back LCD TVs. Bathroom is bright and roomy with a tub and a shower. The tub even has a shower head! What more can you ask for? Well...maybe a bit more counter top space. The sliding door for the bathroom is a bit hard to operate.

*Location (4/5 Stars) - Vdara is technically slightly off the strip but still very accessible. It is connected to Bellagio and is a short walk from the sister hotel Aria. I love the fact that I don't have to walk through any casino area to get on the strip. You could also use the monorail that takes you to Aria/Crystal and Monte Carlo.

*Service (5/5 Stars) - Staff was courteous and service was almost flawless. My only complaint is that it took a while for the bell service to bring my luggage to my room.

*Property Amenities (3.5/5 Stars) - There are only one restaurants (limited hours) and one bar at this hotel. Although restaurants in Aria and Bellagio are still fairly accessible.

Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend Vdara to anyone who wouldn't mind a slightly different Vegas hotel experience.

Staying at Vdara was amazing. Our group had a high floor so we have a nice view of the Las Vegas strip. The suite was very spacious. It has a nice kitchenette and living room with a nice flat screen tv. The decor was very modern and cozy. One thing to note about staying here is that there is no casino below. So it was nice to return to our room with it not being too noisy or busy with people. This hotel is an easy walk to the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio which neighbor the hotel. I would love to stay here again. Excellent service and rooms.

I've stayed in just about every casino hotel on the Strip, and Vdara is a new favorite for apartment-style suites. City Corner View Suites have panoramic views of Vegas' neon lights, plus huge soaking tubs in the bathrooms and a full kitchen plus a washer & dryer. It's sweet condo luxury. The only drawbacks are that there's no 24-hour cafe here and it's not easy to walk from here to the Cosmopolitan. Cosmo is right next door, but oddly there's no pedestrian route there from Vdara; you have to walk over to one of the other MGM Mirage properties like Bellagio or Aria first, then exit onto Las Vegas Blvd. Which is kind of a pain!
