when you're ABOVE the clouds. The night that we came, there were a few minutes when our view of the city lights was obstructed by the clouds; it was pretty neat! When you walk inside the bar, you'll see a lounge space that wraps around the whole floor with several tables. We were a group of three, and although it was sprinkling, we decided to sit outside to get the view of the city below. The outdoor area is partially covered above when you're sitting at the counter seats that face the window. There's another bar in the outdoor space as well. The gin and tonics we got were pretty strong and good. Our friend told us the food wasn't that great and it's overpriced, so we just stuck with our drink and enjoyed the view below.

Must go when you are in HK, it's on the 118th Floor of the IFC Building. Beautiful Views and good cocktails, however they are a bit pricy ($12-15 USD). View from the bathroom is amazing!

Pricey but worthwhile experience. Not too pricey to have one interesting drink, dress up, and see the view with friends. Doesn't get too busy, so that's a plus.

Gorgeous view, gorgeous atmosphere! I love this place! It's a very classy and exciting place to get drinks with the girls! It's definitely more on the fancy side! It has a great view on the balcony, but I can get chilly during the winter time! The lighting is very romantic and mysterious. When I went it looked like there were more business people lounging than young, energetic people dancing like they don't care!

Gorgeous bar on the top of ICC with the most stunning views of the city. This is the highest bar in all of Hk. The decor is chic and sexy and the drinks are great!

Dizzying views of Hong Kong from atop the world's highest hotel -- the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. Drinks are pricey (easily $25 USD each) but worth it to enjoy the views. Decor is modern and decadent. Service was very poor on the night we visited.

The views from Felix are actually better -- Ozone is almost too high up. Definitely worth a visit and this will definitely become a regular stop on the tourist circuit.

The highest bar in the world, Ozone is located on the 118th floor of the Ritz Carlton in Kowloon. Splurge on a few drinks (around $12-15 USD each), lounge around and enjoy the view of the HK skyline all lit-up at night.

Very pricey. And the view is not as nice as at Aqua's. The alcohol cocktail is close to virgin. But this is considerably normal everywhere. Guess the money is all for having drinks at 118/F of the Ritz. Otherwise is not impressive at all.

Nice view of hk and swanky interior. Do go to the washroom and enjoy the view from there as well.

In this era of ever-more-outré architectural design, we can dine in haute interiors like those found at Ozone, a restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong—on the top floor of the 118-story International Commerce Center. Indeed, Ozone opened in 2011 to great fanfare as the “highest bar in the world.” Kitted out by Tokyo design firm Wonderwall, the glamorous bar features a jagged honeycomb-inspired motif in the floors, ceiling, and furniture, crystal chandeliers that resemble dripping stalactites, and floor-to-ceiling windows that afford jaw-dropping views of glittering Victoria Harbour.

Michelin starred Chinese restaurant located on top the ICC tower within the Hong Kong Ritz, Tin Lung Heen could arguably be the highest Chinese restaurant (in a manmade building) in the world...at time of review. The service is attentive and the offerings delicious, both are complemented by the bonus awesome views.

Cantonese styled Chinese is offered here for the dim sum and main menu items, but the desserts are definitely influenced by Western ideas. Try the black truffle pane cotta, it is heaven in a pudding cup!

Ozone is the tallest bar in the world and a must see in Hong Kong. Actually getting to the bar is a little tricky and requires a couple of different elevators to get to the 118 floor but there are a bunch of Ritz Carlton people directing you where to go.

FYI There is a really strict dress code. Men cannot wear flip flops or shorts. They have pants you can borrow but not shoes (we found this out the hard way).

Outside at the bar there is a wind tunnel that feels really nice with the usual heat of Hong Kong. The drinks are really good too though there was some discussion amongst my group whether or not there were adequate amounts of alcohol in the drinks. I highly recommend the berry shooter; It's pretty delicious.
