New York City

Michigan's second-largest city sits along the Grand River in western Michigan. It has a small airport, a clean downtown, friendly people, and lots of breweries.

Grand Rapids is a major city on the south western end of Michigan. It is home to President Ford Museum and his bury place. It is a stepping off point to the western side of the Michigan and Great Lakes Michigan. You can spend 2 to 3 days exploring what this city has to offer. Disability access and disability parking will depend on what activities you choose.

Surprised the hell out of me. This city is better than you imagine. I went into it with no preconceived notions. I was knocked out. Great town. Cool sites.

Grand Rapids seems to be doing better than other towns in Michigan, but there's not much going on there.

Overall it's a great city to visit and in which to live. There's minor league hockey and baseball, great restaurants, close to the beach, and not too far from anything it doesn't have.
