Highlight of this aquarium is the underwater tunnel which is pretty large. Takes about 1-1.5 hours to get through if you’re taking your time and reading the information.

Cost was $32.99 online for adults (supposedly $2 cheaper than buying at door). Also long line to buy tickets at aquarium outside in hot heat. If you buy online you get to go right inside.

We traveled here from Cincinnati Ohio, where we have a pretty impressive Newport aquarium. I thought with a name like Ripleys this would be amazing, but I was seriously disappointed. The big jungle gym is cool if you have kids old enough to run around themselves. (mine was too young) & They only have like 3 or 4 exhibit rooms. Not a huge variety of sea life for the price.

Great place to spend time looking and learning about marine life, and when you are done cross the street and go to NO WAY JOSE for a bite to eat.

This is one of the best deals in Gatlinburg. We for tickets to 2 additional Rioley's attractions for just $10 (not sure how much longer that sale is happening).

Twisting through the aquarium takes as long as you want, but to see everything will be about 2 hours. The Pearl Harbor exhibit is phenomenal! We spent just as much time in there as we did the rest of the aquarium. Plenty of stopping points to sit and rest if you need it. The shark tube is always a treat and with the moving sidewalk you can really focus on the sea life swimming all around you.

There's a few interactive spots for kids and even a jungle gym to let them climb and play while the adults take a break. There is plenty to keep them entertained throughout the museum, though.

The tour of the museum ends in the gift shop, of course, but the prices of some things aren't too bad if you want a souvenir. A definite must-do for families and couples alike.

The best Aquarium I've ever seen. Giant sharks swim above your head while you stand on a moving sidewalk. It's like being in a submarine in the deep ocean!! Fun for all ages!

Looking for some indoor activities? Adults will love this aquarium just as much as the children do. Park in in the garage right at the aquarium making rainy day visits easy. Be sure to allow plenty of time to spend here.

Aquarium for those that are interested in fish! Fun for all ages. Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg, TN, is literally teeming with life – over 10,000 exotic sea creatures in 350 individual species. There are more fish in this aquarium than there are people living in the entire town of Gatlinburg.

The highlight of the aquarium is the 340-foot underwater tunnel, which allows visitors to view sharks, sea turtles, stingrays, and other exotic sea animals face-to-face without getting wet. The moving glide-path seemingly whisks visitors through the depths of the oceans in one of the longest underwater tunnels in the world. Your family is sure to be impressed when huge sharks swim within inches of them!

One of the best aquariums that I've ever been to. There are several interactive exhibits for kids and lots of amazing creatures to marvel at. Our favorite exhibit is Shark Lagoon, where you walk through (or glide through on a moving sidewalk) a 340-foot underwater tunnel while sharks and other sea creatures of all sizes swim all around you!

Spend the day under the sea eye to eye with Great White Sharks. Pet a manta ray, or walk through a rain forest. There are over 10,000 fish to see and over 350 species. All within a very short walk from the Redwood Retreat.
