Awesome! /review Well I don't know what else needs to be said about this place other than it is awesome. I love when I go here. I keep coming back and telling others about it ... Read more
too... This is the second location that I have been to and I like it as much if not better than the Irvine Spectrum location. Basics... walk up to the counter and make the following decisions: Crust - regular or gluten free Sauce - oil, herb butter, marinara Cheese - mozzarella , parmesian, blue, goat, and something else I cant recall off hand Meat - BACON!!!!, sausage, beef, pepperoni, ham, chicken Veggies - garlic, pineapple, peppers, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, and I have no idea what else... I don't put veggies on pizza anyways so ummm yeah *shrugs* Then they bake it and bring it to you by shouting out your name as they wander around the room =D Pro Tip: 10+ inch personal pizza with any combo of toppings you want on a thin crust pie for $7.50 +tax ($8.10 with tax for this location, I posted a pic of the receipt) Awesome taste. Quick table busing. Awesome deal. I cant wait for lunch so I can eat the other half of the pie I ordered and ate half of yesterday. OMNOMNOMNOMNOM - yeah I just went there hahaha None the less the grub here for the price is spectacular.

I love the pizzas at Pieology! You can either choose from their menu, or make your own creation. I chose to create my own and put every topping possible. It's similar to Subway sandwiches, but for pizzas. It will cost you about 8 bucks for a pizza, but definitely worth it. Their thin crust makes the pizza really delicious and I will definitely be coming back to create more crazy pizzas!

Great thin crispy pizza of your own choice of toppings. I hope they are in Bay Area as well.

Always so good! The food is amazing and the overall design is pretty cool! I love the idea of customizing my own pizza and the dessert sticks are to die for! It's about $8 for an individual pizza, so worth it. Also it's only thin crust I believe.

YUM! Good pizza (I love build-your-own options) with fresh ingredients and tons of possibilities. Nice ambiance, though a bit loud. Good parking and fast service. The pizza was large enough for a friend and I to share and have room for a small dessert. Nothing trumps BJ's deep dish pizza, but the thin crust pizza here comes a close second!

I love the idea of your own customized pizza :-)

It takes only 5 min for your pizza to cook, so you dont have to wait long when you're starving..

Place gets packed during dinner time...so get there early =)

Thin crust pizza so yummy, especially since it comes out of the oven pipping hot ;-)

They need to clean the tables more though.. =( -1

You line up, look @ menu, pick which combo you want & then decide which extra toppings you want on your pizza & you tell them...

BBQ sauce drizzled on the pizza gives it an extra yummy taste to the pizza =)

Thats kool that hey even have small tables & seats for kids too...

I'm from the east coast and this is the only place that I go for pizza on the west coast! Long lines, but worth the wait!!

I dig this place. But their website makes me cringe :P

Like the other reviews have said it's Chipotle-style but for pizza. You follow the "path" and choose a # for a pre-set pizza and add toppings to your heart's content for a flat $7.50

I got the #6 which was Pesto, Garlic, Olive Oil, Roasted Pepper and I added Chicken, Cilantro, Artichokes, and double Mushrooms.

Omggg so delicious :0 The pizza came out fairly quickly too! One pizza is definitely enough for a person though and I almost couldn't finish mine even though it was thin crust. The only complaint would be that it was really messy with the olive oil dribbling each time I took a bite.

My bf got the #2 with Sausage, Pep, Red Sauce, and added Pineapple and Artichokes. Also good but I like the pesto sauce better :D

We got the Herb Butter strips too and it was decent for $2. Next time we'll ask if they can do half Herb Butter and half Cinnamon Sugar!

And not food-related, but I also don't like their interior design xD The couches look comfy but doesn't seem practical for people eating pizza. And the b/w pictures thumbtacked on the wall .... -_- I shall end my rant as a studio art major.

But pizza! Good! Yay pizza!

Awesome idea for a semi-fast food chain.

Extremely well-priced (only $7.50 for a pretty big personal pizza) and has an amazing level of customization, so you could have endless possibilities.

Takes only about 5 minutes and it's ready.

I got the Pizza w/ red sauce, mozz, parmesan, sausage, meatball, basil, onion, mushroom, cilantro, and garlic.

My pizza was delicious. Everything went together perfectly.

Parking: Kinda hard on popular nights - Friday, Saturday and Sunday... probably because near college campus (Go Titans - Alum!)

The pies are pretty good. You get a pie - ANY STYLE YOU WANT - for $7.50. Doesn't matter what... $7.50... extra cheese... $7.50. Genius.

The service was nice and fast. The guys joked with me and my indecisiveness... but they were nice!

Lots of seating and nice place in general!

so this place is like down the street from Cal State Fullerton. I wish I had a place like this while I was in college

so you get a 10" pizza - it's basically an individual size really, even the guy there said that. You start with a plain crust (it's a thin crust) and you get to choose what you want on it, or you can choose one of the preset ones.

A bunch of us were at Pieology because my friend won 5 and was gracious enough to invite us along to try this place out. Every single one that we got was so good.

And thanks to one of my other friends for buying two of the cinnamon sugar ones so that we could try that out. I think between me and two other friends, we ate all of it ourselves. It was so good. We were pretty sure that it was drizzled with condensed milk in addition to the cinnamon. And these pies were only $2!!!

Definitely will be heading back.
