I took the brewery tour, which was about half an hour, and was able to try all of their different beer afterwards. I definitely recommend the saison.

I'm so glad to live near this amazing brewery. Take a tour! Their brew tours are a lot of fun and at the end you get your own tasting glass and you get to taste test I believe four of their beers. Everyone is welcome, I always see families with little ones there. It's BEAUTIFUL, even if you're not dining at the bistro, just grab one of their beers and hangout in the garden area all afternoon. Oh and I love how they have meatless Mondays on their menu.

Must visit! With kids or without, its a must! Beautiful garden for kids and grown up.

Don't forget to check out their website for their tour times. $1 if you do not want the tasting towards the end, $3 per person if you want the tasting towards the end. Certain age for the kids is free. Make sure to check in the store for the tickets.

They serve food and it's such a nice place to spend a day here. You may order drinks at the bar and walk around the gardens. The kids can go play at the gardens while the adults enjoy their time. Pretty neat place.

The outdoor seating area in the garden is so nice to sit in on a warm summer evening. Enjoyed some Arrogant Bastard Ale and some of the unusual food offerings. A bit pricey, but a nice place to go.

Stone has a great atmosphere inside and out. The gardens are beautiful and so relaxing to just hang out and drink beer. They have a huge variety of beer to choose from and let you give each one a taste before settling. Food is on the expensive side but very delicious. Take a tour of their factory and check out what's behind the scenes and then stop at their gift shop for a souvenir!

Great Saturday afternoon leisurely having different beers and different dishes. Grab an Adirondack chair and continue a slow roll with the beers.
Very different experience than the Liberty Station location. Same good food and drinks.

So, what can I say about Stone that someone hasn't already? One of the great kings of the Socal craft brew scene, Stone Brewery provides a palace filled with quality beer, breathtaking scenery and the perfect food to accompany your time there.
From the moment you walk in through the ivy-lined tunnel until you step back out with a growler and a sweatshirt, you will love everything that Stone Brewery is about and be dying to come back.

Great place to go to and sit in the gardens sipping on a quality beer! We first did the tour and that was interesting. The tastings were great with super generous pours.

No better way to spend a Sunday evening than sitting in the garden sharing food and drink with family and friends. The deep fried olives and house made pretzel are a perfect appetizer to go with the micro brewery beer made on site. Great food and beer must do when in Escondido.

Beautiful restaurant! Fantastic food & drinks! Service is always on point. Whether you just want to go for a tour or a meal & drinks, Stone is suitable for everything. The courtyard pond area is a relaxing & beautiful place to hang out after dinner with good friends & drinks. Great date spot or even a lunch spot with the kids. There are live fish swimming in the little stream running inside & out of that building & a warm fire pit you can sit at to eat when the weather is a bit chilly

Well...I love the gardens and the ambiance, but I don't particularly care for the beers. The food is also a little bit on the strange side for me too, as well as being pricey. They do grow their own organic vegetables, which is a plus, but I rarely choose to eat here. Most everyone else I know does like Stone though :)

Stone Brewing focuses on IPAs, so if this is not your kind of beer, steer clear. Otherwise, it's a great spot to go where you can grab a few drinks, hang out with friends in the garden, and enjoy life. Parking is free if you get on the nearby side streets.
