103 floors above ground level, you'll be sorry if you didn't make your way here. One of the highest observation deck in the US. Once you're on top, you can stay on top for as long as you like to get that picture perfect moment. Purchase your tickets in advance. There is no discount on pricing.

Amazing experience! The thrill of being on that ledge and looking down is great for overcoming heights! Make sure to capture plenty of pictures! They come out amazing!

One of the most popular paid attraction in Chicago!

You have to go down the elevator and then take a special elevator which will take you up to the 94th floor is 60 Seconds. Get ready for your ears to pop!

The view is absolutely gorgeous, but they were so many people here compared to the 360 Chicago! So if you want a photo with the building in Chicago I would recommend 360 Chicago. There are 4 Skydeck, which all have lines. If you're trying to get the sunset, the line will be at least an hour wait! You've been warned!

Make sure you bring your patience with you to get through the lines, the security, the elevators and the last queue to finally get the experience! I liked the views and the tribute to 30th Anniversary of Ferris Buller's Day Off was very cool! Information galore and extraordinary vista from this awesome tourist destination!

This was so scary. I had a really hard time getting into the deck, but once I did I was amazed by the drop and the beautiful city around me

Skydeck is located on the 103rd floor of the formerly known Sears Tower, currently known as Willis Tower in downtown Chicago. Opened in 1973 as the tallest building in the world, until surpassed by Taipei 101 in the 1990's.

Although you can get a sky view in almost every major area you visit, the best thing about this Chicago Skydeck is that you literally get that feeling of vertigo. You're standing on heavy amounts of plexi glass and what not, but it's still an experience I was happy I tried. My suggestion, go early, before the tower opens, you get to get up there before the lines, and actually have the time to take some pictures before things get too packed.

Skydeck Chicago is a high-rise in Chicago that has breath-taking views of the city and a glass box where patrons take selfies floating over the city. This most certainly is a tourist trap, but I'm a tourist so it's a-okay! :D

And... if you're a tourist (like me!), you certainly need to get the Chicago Citypass. Trust me, without it you'll be waiting in line for 2+ hours - even if you go early in the morning (which arguable should have less people than later in the day). With the citypass we were able to bypass the huge lines and were up in the elevator in about 15 minutes. So if anything the citypass can help you save hours of waiting in line with foreigners and large school groups.

When we got to the top we waited in line for one of the skyboxes to take epic selfies. It's a lot harder than it looks because of the lighting, so be sure to bring a camera with a strong flash.

This is definitely a spot to visit if you're visiting from out of town, but once is enough. Hope you're not afraid of heights :)

Sigh, waited four hours to get a feel for levitating from 103 floors up for only 4 seconds lol. Still 4 starring it since its such a historical landmark but never again. Buy your tickets early folks.

Love the place. The big glass "box " where you can stand in and take a picture. Feel like you are standing in the air. Only two "box'' are free for the visitor. One box is for photo shot only.

Scared of heights? If so, this is not the thing for you (nor me). Granted, if you want to face your acrophobia in the most intense way, this may be worth it. Otherwise, for you dare devils or fearless fiends, the Skydeck provides a unique opportunity to see the city from a bird's eye view beneath your feet. It's a popular photo spot, so be prepared to wait in line to take photographic evidence or explore this unusual attraction.

Very fun adventure. Enjoyed the views! Be ready for crowds on most days. Often there is a long line. It is usually good to go early or in the evening, at night.

The views from the SkyDeck are magnificent. Seeing the city in an entirely different perspective was really insightful. While up on the top there are placards in place explaining the history of the great Chicago fire as well as the beginnings to the cities history. Truly a great stop to visit while in Chicago for a nominal fee.

Buy the Chicago city pass so you can be the first in line or better yet bypass all lines to hot tourist places like the Skydeck. Its well the money.

Great place to go! First time is amazing but the second time not so much! A bit overpriced considering you only spend about 30 minutes up there. Do not be afraid to step on the lodge! It is a must experience! The panoramic views are amazing! For better pictures I advise to go during the daytime. FYI, the lines can be extremely long and it can get a bit crowded once you reach the top. Best time to avoid going is during holidays and summer time. Go any other time of the year to fully enjoy!

I recommend buying the tickets online in order to skip the ticket line. It is usually a 2-3 hour wait if tickets have not been purchased. We waited about 45 minutes to get to the top with the pre ordered tickets.
