While you can't escape the crowds here, Lover's beach does put some distance between you and the hotels and the rest of the town. Accessible only via water taxi, boat tour or kayak, this sandy beach ... Read more
backs up against Cabo's famous rock formations. There are no bathrooms or other facilities, nor are their restaurants, so pack water, snacks and plenty of sunscreen. On the back side of Lovers Beach is Divorce Beach, so named because of its strong rip currents. It is not safe to swim at Divorce Beach.

A must do for any trip to Cabo. Take a water taxi (I recommend getting it through Angel at the Caboholics Store) take a tour of Land's End and have them drop you off (they will pick you up I promise).

The boat ride to this and Land's End is beautiful. Be sure to wear clothes that can get wet!

Spend a day at Lover's Beach. In order to get to Lover's beach you will need to take a tour boat to get to lover's beach. The Boat tour is a fun short tour that will show and educate you about the local seals, fish, and landscape. Make sure you bring a towels, sun protection and a small ice cooler for a snack and beverages as there are no restaurants located on Lover's beach. This beach is beautiful and relaxing. If your lucky there may be private verdures selling beer and water,or a relaxing massage. great place to tan.

This is a beach on the way out to Land's End at the tip of the Baja peninsula. It appears to be somewhat hard to reach, but yet, there always seem to be people there.

Travellers can reach LOvers beach through a boat from Medano beach. There is gold sand in Lovers beach and also is great for snorkeling and swimming and laid down on the sand zipping your favorite drink. Bring towel and sunscreen and drinking water.
( nO RESTAURANTS NOR BATHROOMS THERE )

Located right near the famous Land's End rock formations, Playa del Amor, or Lover's Beach, is one of Cabo's most famous stretches of shoreline. It sits south of Cabo's downtown area, but remains easily accessible by water taxi from the marina. Beachgoers say this stretch of sand is relaxing, providing a nice view of the blue water and a great spot for sunbathing.

This gorgeous beach is framed by evocatively eroded granite rocks that date to 30 million years ago. The neighboring Divorce Beach is equally beautiful and accessible by walking through a gap in the rocks to the Pacific Ocean side.

Playa del Amor is located on the half-mile Land’s End headland, and it is only accessible by water. Water taxis (called pangas locally) are the cheapest transportation option

Lovers beach is beautiful. The only way to access the beach is via water taxi. You can hassle the water taxi price down. DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE. Even though lovers beach is amazing, I do not recommend this Beach for swimming. They waves are extremely rough and it not make for a pleasant beach experience.

Lover's Beach is next to the Arch. We stopped here briefly for a photo because at the time, the tide was high and clouds were moving in. I suggest to go back on a nice day and spend an hour or two and relax.

Little beach only accessible by Panga Boat. Short ride across the bay to Lovers / Divorce Beach. Take some bread and feed the fish from your boat.

A small beach right at Lands End. It was flagged as yellow when I was there. Take a water taxi for about $5 from the Marina or Medano beach. Don't forget to tip the guys who help you in and out of the boat.

The prettiest beach that I have ever seen. You can only get there by boat, so charter one of the glass bottom boats to take you out there.

Quintessential Cabo! This small beach is nestled between the rock formations and is accessible by boat. You won't have any issue finding a water taxi here as you will most likely be inundated with offers. Pack some food and water as all there is here are a handful of vendors with chips and mangos. Although it is full of tourists it is still a slice a paradise being small with limited vendors. Make sure you tip the fellas that help you on and off your water taxi.

Beautiful clear water, colorful fish, soft sand, and amazing rock formations make this a great place to explore. Just be safe and don't swim in the Pacific Ocean on the other side. It can be rough!

From the hotel take a short 5 minute boat ride and you will be at Lover's Beach (only able to get there by boat). The Arch (El Arco) is located right next to it, so ask your boat driver on the way over there or on the way back to stop by for some pictures. Lover's Beach is a great place to swim, and snorkel.

A neat beach to explore and it's a cheap water taxi ride to get there. From either Medano Beach or the Marina it's about 12.00 round trip. They'll drop you off and return to pick you up at your requested time. Keep in mind that there is nothing there...no vendors, no restaurants, no bathrooms and no shade. Take what you need but if the waves are high...don't go...it's too hard to climb on and off the boats. Take tip money for the people who will inevitably help you. Snorkelling is good on the calm water days. Not a recommended trip if you have mobility issues.

Took a short water taxi ride from Medano Beach to Lover's Beach. It dropped us off right on Pelican Bay where you can snorkel and even jump of the cliff. I recommend spending a few hours to soak in some sun, walk around, and if the tide is low - walk to the arch, which is a landmark. Water taxi's come every hour, you can rent snorkeling gear, and people will sell water and beer. Also took a sunset cruise around Lover's Beach and saw the arch which was really pretty.

Take a glass-bottom boat right from Medano Beach and enjoy a few hours or a whole day at "Lover's Beach".

Paradise!

You can only get here by boat but it's definitely worth spending some time at this beach. I love floating around in the cool waters on a hot day :)
