I seriously love Blackpool, there's always something to do and I love spending time on the beach :)

Blackpool gets a bad press in the UK as being a bit tacky but it's a fun place and there is plenty to keep kids entertained from the tower to the pleasure beach theme park. Entry prices can add u quickly so invest in a combi ticket.

I really enjoyed my short stay here! Sure it may not be in its hay day anymore, but there is still plenty to do at this very cheesy seaside resort. Looking forward to spending more time here in the future, but I'm not looking forward to the windy. It was very windy, but understandably of course being a coastal town.

I was there when the town was dead. Barely a car on the road. Has so much potential to be great, but just misses it.

I went to the aquarium. I went to the top of the Eiffel Tower replica. Looked down through the glass floor elevator. Breathtaking!

Blackpool is kitch and touristy, but it's still a great place to visit, especially with kids. Make sure to visit the Pleasure Beach, Winter Gardens, each of the three piers, the Tower, of course, and for a relaxing afternoon, head to Stanley Park.

I live here and its the best family fun place to be.there are loads of attractions for both young and old and the night life is always pumping great tunes from nightclubs and pubs.even if you just want to sit on the beach and relax or take a tram along the prom it doesnt dissapoint in any way .i would recommend Blackpool to anyone wanting a great weekend away or a family holiday.
