Being located in one of my favourite districts of the city – the El Born neighbourhood – I had often walked passed this hotel admiring its wrought iron balconies decorated with giant lamps. I knew I was going to like it here even before I’d stepped inside. Although small, the lobby gives off a chic and trendy vibe with its design and black and white checkered floor. The vibe continues in the spacious bedrooms, featuring romantic four-poster king-sized beds and black and white framed photos. Bathrooms were a bit on the small side, but were perfectly adequate. I also liked the addition of free bottles of water located in fridges in the hallways. Don’t forget to visit the attached Parellada restaurant, an impressive and elegant space, dripping with chandeliers and covered in bold and colourful artwork.

This hotel is in one of the cutest street in Barcelona, Carrer de l'Argenteria, that takes you right to the Santa Maria del Mar Church, and it is full of lovely little stores. Just around the corner you will find also the new MEAM museum (of Figurative European Art), and the close and famous Picasso Museum as well. The hotel stands right next to a good restaurant that belongs to the same owners of the hotel, so you can try their food, while you will probably have breakfast on the upper floor of the restaurant. The rooms can face the street or a little road in the Born (this is the Barrio where you are going to be if you stay here), but they are all very quiet. The decor of the hotel is well curated (with artworks and little statues) and the room is cosy. It does not have a minibar (if you choose a suite it will have it) but water is provided in the fridges in the corridors. The staff is lovely too, so honestly a great place to be.

Mount Lavinia

Beautiful!! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I loved the design and the colour scheme... Black white and purple with hints of silver... A very central location to the pubs, la Rambla, cafes etc... One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After spending a humid day touring busy Barcelona, walking into Hotel Banys Orientals, with its soothing low lights, charming black and white checkered floors and elegant but cozy furnishings is like walking into an oasis---and the free bottles of ice-cold water don’t hurt this impression. The design choices make the hotel seem like someone’s very stylish, very welcoming home. The location in Born is perfect for eating, drinking and dancing in Barcelona’s trendiest locales, not to mention important cultural and historic attractions. I highly recommend first-timers try to get to know some of the neighborhood’s most iconic sights, like the historic Mercat Del Born (now home to the Born Cultural Center), coffee at Cafés El Magnifico, The Picasso Museum and Santa Maria del Mar Church.

I think this is the best hotel i ever stayed, worthing the price,it's so cheap for its comfort and location,in the heart of barcelona, you can walk to the beach and basically to any attraction in barcelona, just book in a very good time, its very hard to get a free date!
