Valencia Airport (VLC) has one terminal and one runway, so all flights from Valencia to London depart from the main terminal. There is a VIP lounge in the first floor boarding area. Options for a quick snack or a small meal before departure include Caffe Ritazza, So!Coffee, and Starbucks. You can also browse two duty-free shops for gifts and keepsakes crafted in Spain. Thinking of Valencia, Taste of Spain, and Valencia Duty Free are on Floor 1 near the departure boarding area.

Cheap flights from Valencia to London Gatwick on easyJet will land at the North Terminal while British Airways uses the South Terminal. If your flight from Valencia to London Gatwick lands at the North Terminal, you will find Jamie’s Italian, Pret a Manger, and Union Jacks Bar. London Luton offers Cafe Balzar, Coast to Coast, and James Martin Kitchen. In the arrivals area at London Stansted, your choices are Costa and Marks and Spencer Simply Food.

After you disembark in London, you will need to go through Passport Control. E-passport gates are on hand for those flying with a U.K., E.U., EEA (European Economic Area), or Swiss passport with microchip. You must be 18 years or older to use the e-passport gates. All other passengers are advised to have their passports and paperwork ready for processing and to find the next available border patrol agent. At Luton, there is a shuttle bus that carries passengers from the airport to Luton Airport Parkway.

From there, travellers can catch trains headed north or south to their final destinations. The Stansted Express leaves directly from the airport terminal at London Stansted Airport. It arrives in the heart of London within 47 minutes. Trains leave every 15 minutes except during the off-hours when they leave every 30 minutes. London-Gatwick also offers a direct line called the Gatwick Express. This train runs nonstop from Gatwick Airport to Victoria Station. The trip takes 30 minutes, and trains leave every 15 minutes.
