They stop at the offices of Vietnam Airlines on Quang Trung in the centre of Hanoi. The minibuses leave the airport when they are full, so timing isn't certain. City buses numbers 17 and 7 are also outside the terminals. They leave every 15 or 20 minutes. Number 7 goes to Kim Ma bus station, and number 17 goes to Long Bien bus station.
