Terminal Information – Departing
This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.
From Gatwick: Thomson fly from the North Terminal while easyJet fly from the South. If you're arriving at the airport by train and are flying from the North Terminal you will need to take the free shuttle. It's inside the building and is well sign-posted. Both terminals at Gatwick have a wide range of shops, restaurants and executive lounges. The North Terminal is home to three Jamie Oliver restaurants and three lounges: No.1 Traveller, Aspire and My Lounge. There's also a No.1 Traveller lounge in the South Terminal. Both terminals have Regus Express Work Pods which can be rented (£10* for half an hour) and are ideal for doing a bit of last-minute work.
From Heathrow: British Airways depart from Terminal 5. Air France, Alitalia and KLM fly from Terminal 4. Lufthansa, Brussels Airlines and Swiss fly from Terminal 2. Check your boarding card before boarding the train or tube to the airport: Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 have their own separate stops. All of the terminals at Heathrow are known for their designer shopping and excellent restaurants. Gordon Ramsay has a restaurant in Terminal 5, while Terminal 2 has its own specially brewed beer which you can try at Fuller's London Pride.
Terminal Information – Arriving
There is only one terminal building. A shuttle bus runs between the airport and the city centre. It stops at two major metro stations as well as the main train and bus station. Single tickets cost €5.50* (just under £4). It takes 20 minutes to reach the city, and the ticket is valid for 90 minutes: perfect if you need to make any transfers. There's a taxi rank outside the terminal. The trip to downtown Toulouse should cost €20-25* (about £14-18). It's also possible to rent a car from the airport: check out car hire at Toulouse Airport now.
