Terminal Information – Departing

From London-Heathrow: KLM flights depart from terminal 4. Note that the Heathrow Express doesn't call at this terminal, so you'll need to hop off at the stop for terminals 2&3 and complete the journey by shuttle. Terminal 4 has a wide selection designer shops including Cath Kidston, Etro, and Bally. Places to eat include restaurants like Cafe Rouge and snack bars like Apostrophe. There's a Plaza Premium VIP lounge near gate 1. This is a pay-in lounge, so anyone can take advantage of its free Wi-Fi, relaxing day beds, and complimentary refreshments.

Terminal Information – Arriving

Maastricht-Aachen Airport is about 13 miles from the city centre. The airport is small and is only served by one public bus, the Veolia #59. This runs to and from the airport via the train stations in Maastricht, Sittard and Beek-Elsloo. It takes about 20 minutes to get into Maastricht using the bus. There's also a taxi rank outside the airport: cabs are metered. Alternatively, car hire from Maastricht Airport is provided by Hertz, Europcar and Sixt.
