Terminal Information

London Gatwick Airport

Gatwick Airport has two terminals, Thomas Cook Airlines depart from the South Terminal and Easyjet flights depart from the North Terminal. The Gatwick Airport Train Station is located in the South Terminal and a 2-minute shuttle train runs throughout the day between the two terminals. Both terminals provide a great shopping and dining experience to enjoy whilst waiting to board your flight such Accessorize, Boots, WH Smith, World Duty Free, Dixons and more.

London Stansted Airport

London Stansted Airport just has one terminal. As an EasyJet passenger any hold luggage will need to be taken to the bag drop desks in the check in hall, if you have hand luggage only you can head straight to security. FastTrack security passes are available from £4.50 per person. In the Stansted Airport departures lounge range of shops, restaurants and cafes are available including Cabin, Leon, Pip, Boots, Next, Hamleys and World Duty Free.

Dalaman Airport

Dalaman Airport is situated just 6km from the centre of Dalaman, and serves the Mugla region of Turkey which includes popular holidays destinations such as Marmaris and Fethiye. Dalaman Airport has two terminals with flights from London arriving into the International Terminal.

There are limited onward travel options from Dalaman Airport which makes planning in advance essential. Havas shuttle buses run services to Marmaris or Feithye, stopping at major destinations along the way. It may be possible to request a stop on the route if you do so before the start of the trip. A transfer to Marmaris will take around 90 minutes and cost 15 TL, if you are travelling to Feithye a typical journey takes one hour and costs 10 TL.

Taxis from outside of the airport offer a more flexible way of getting around the area but can be expensive. A typical taxi fare from Dalaman Airport to Marmaris is around £65 and Feithye will be £55. It is worth negotiating a set fare before departing.

Due to the limited public transport around the region car hire from Dalaman Airport is a popular option, especially if staying in one of the more rural resorts. Garenta, Europcar and Avis have desks in the Arrivals Hall.

What to expect in Dalaman

Dalaman is typically overlooked with many travelling through the small town to make their connections to towns and resorts in the Mugla province. This area of Turkey is known for its beautiful beaches along the Aegean coast, thermal mud baths and the large number of ancient ruins.
