Terminal Information – Departing
This is only a guideline. Always check your boarding pass for up-to-date terminal information.
Norwegian Air Shuttle flights depart from terminal 2 while Scandinavian Airlines fly from terminal 3. Copenhagen Airport has more than 120 shops. Most of them offer a pick up on return service, so you don't need to drag all of your new purchases around Oslo. Shops range from high-end fashion and duty free brands to souvenirs and children's toys. Copenhagen Airport also has an award-winning range of dining options, so even the fussiest flyers will find something to eat. Most of the restaurants offer dishes that can be delivered within 15 minutes, so you don't need to panic about missing your flight. Pay-in lounges at the airport include the CPH lounge in terminal 2, the Regus Express business lounge in terminal 3, the Aspire lounge in terminal 2 and the Aviator lounge in terminal 2. Additionally, SAS have two lounges in terminal 3 for their own passengers.
Terminal Information – Arriving
Norway's largest airport, Oslo-Gardermoen is about 30 miles away from the city centre. The fastest way to reach the city is using the Flytoget express trains. These take about 20 minutes to reach Oslo Central Station. The cheaper NSB train is about five minutes slower and only departs twice an hour. Flybussen buses are also available: these take about 45 minutes to reach the city. There's a taxi booth inside the terminal where you can order a cab. Prices are fixed depending on where you're going: this is usually better value than grabbing a metered cab from the rank outside. Another option is car hire from Oslo-Gardermoen Airport, a good choice if you're planning on getting out of the city.
Although you don't usually need a passport to travel within the Schengen zone, Norway has recently tightened its borders. We recommend bringing your passport with you anyway just in case. Try to arrive at Copenhagen Airport no later than 90 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.
