Terminal Information – Departing

Belfast-City Airport is small with a good range of facilities. If you're hungry you can enjoy a sandwich at O'Briens or a bigger meal at Harvest Market. Espression is a good place to grab a coffee in the departure lounge, but if you're desperate there's a Costa just before security. If you fancy something a bit harder than coffee, head to the Bushmills Bar. In terms of shopping, you'll find all of the airport favourites: Boots, WHSmith and World Duty Free. Whether you're visiting friends, family or important clients, House of Ireland is a great place to pick up a gift. The airport offers unlimited Wi-Fi, so you can settle in with your laptop and get a bit of work done (or just chill out with your phone and browse Facebook: we won't tell). The Aspire Lounge offers a bit of extra luxury. Prices start from £18.99* and inside you can enjoy complimentary refreshments as well as a more peaceful atmosphere than the general departure lounge.

Terminal Information – Arriving

Southampton Airport has one terminal. If you've booked car-hire you'll find the Car Hire Reception Centre opposite the terminal building, next to the Car Hire Reception Centre. If you haven't booked yet you can compare deals on car hire from Southampton Airport now. There is a taxi rank outside the terminal, but you can pre-book your cab in advance if you prefer not to wait in a queue. The taxi drivers in Southampton tend to quote a price before setting off.

There are plenty of options if you prefer to take public transport. The Southampton Airport Parkway train station is a short walk from the terminal. It takes seven minutes to reach the city centre by train. Buses are also available between the airport and the city. It takes a little longer to reach downtown Southampton (about 35-40 minutes) but it's definitely the cheaper option.
