The nonstop flights will connect Gatwick to the wider Zoom network and also enable passengers travelling from the North American country to connect with other UK destinations served by the airline.
The new service is the only direct non-stop flight between the two destinations and will feature several seating options for travellers.
As well as offering Economy seats, Zoom will also provide access to its Premium Economy service on the new route.
Premium Economy passengers have a dedicated check-in area at both airports, will receive complimentary drinks onboard and an additional baggage allowance of 30 kg.
Zoom recently revealed expansion plans for the summer with increased flights between the UK and Canada. Some 27 flights a week will run from five UK airports to destinations including Toronto and Vancouver.
