The Ukrainian airline began flights to the city on January 4th and comes shortly after its launch of a London Luton to Kiev service on December 17th.
Both flights will operate four times a week on brand-new Airbus A320 aircraft.
Commenting on the new flight, Natalie Raper, Luton Airport’s marketing director, said: "We are delighted to make the Ukraine as accessible as any other European country to many millions of travellers and look forward to working closely with Wizz Air on the development of further new routes."
Wizz Air became Ukraine’s first low-cost airline when it was established in September 2003. It currently flies to 32 European destinations.
The airline announced last month that it would transfer services landing at Barcelona Girona Airport to Barcelona El Prat Airport, a move that becomes effective on January 14th.
