Airline group TUI has increased its stake in low-cost Moroccan carrier Jet4you.
TUI previously held a 40 percent share in the North African airline, with this figure increasing to 100 percent.
Jawad Ziyat, head of Jet4you, told the AFP that the deal was completed last week, but did not disclose the price of the acquisition.
He commented: "TUI, which held 40 percent in Jet4you, acquired the shares of the other associates on June 12th."
A new service from Milan to Casablanca was added this summer and the airline has plans to add another five aircraft to its fleet by 2010.
Meanwhile, TUI announced earlier this month that it would merge its two airlines Thomsonfly and First Choice Airways. The combined carrier Thomson Airways will offer flights to the destinations currently served by the two travel operators.
