Central European low-cost airline SkyEurope will include all taxes and fares in the price of its cheap flights from today (July 7th).
The carrier will operate all-inclusive pricing in advertising campaigns and via its online booking facilities.
The revised pricing scheme will apply to all SkyEurope flights, though additional services such as baggage checking will be charged separately.
Prices for these additional services will be added on to the advertised price of air fare, SkyEurope said.
Meanwhile, the airline opened its latest European base at Kosice in Slovakia at the start of this month.
A SkyEurope Boeing 737-700NG will be permanently based at the airport and offer 11 flights a day to six destinations, such as its hubs of Prague and Bratislava.
From Kosice, passengers will also be able to book regular flights to London, Split, Dublin and Manchester.
"Opening this new satellite base is our natural reaction to continuously growing demand", explained the airline’s chief commercial officer, Steven Greenway.
