The new route departs from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport at 23:00 and arrives at Belo Horizonte at 9:35 local time.
TAM’s new service also includes a stopover in Sao Paulo and will operate on a daily basis.
Paulo Castello Branco, the carrier’s vice president for commercial and planning, said: "These flights are a major step towards strengthening the Belo Horizonte Airport (Confins) and consolidating it as an international hub."
"These international flights are an unequivocal demonstration of TAM’s wager on the development of the Belo Horizonte market."
This announcement came as the airline unveiled another new route between Belo Horizonte Airport and Miami via Rio de Janeiro that will also operate on a daily basis.
The airline has been offering daily flights between Belo Horizonte city airport and the Argentinean capital of Buenos Aires since November last year.
