This season marks the first time flights to Grenoble and Zurich have been available from the terminal.
These two new routes join existing winter flights from Flybe to Berne, Chambery, Inverness and Salzburg.
In total, the airport will offer flights to eight ski destinations over the winter, from where passengers can reach popular resorts including Chamonix, Meribel, Val d’Isere and Verbier.
Mark Knox, customer service director at Southampton Airport, said: "It’s fantastic that Southampton Airport will be offering passengers such a wide variety of ski holidays this winter.
"Ski enthusiasts can fly from their local airport to literally hundreds of Europe’s leading ski resorts."
Meanwhile, low-cost carrier easyJet announced ski season flights from nearby Bournemouth, as well as Bristol earlier this month.
The airline will operate a schedule of 101 cheap flights to ski resorts across its entire network this winter, with services from Bournemouth to Turin and from Bristol to Grenoble.
