Ryanair will commence cheap flights to Bologna, Faro, Milan Bergamo and Porto from London Gatwick this autumn.
The four new routes will commence on October 31st, while the frequency of the airline’s flights to Oslo Rygge from Gatwick will increase to ten a week on the same date.
Ryanair spokeswoman Laura McCormack said the cheap flights carrier is "delighted" to be launching the new routes, which are likely to appeal to both business and leisure passengers.
In November, the low-cost airline will launch flights to Ancona, Ibiza, Krakow, Oujda and Stockholm Skavsta from Madrid, increasing its traffic at the Spanish capital to 4.5 million passengers per year.
In addition, Ryanair will increase frequencies on its flights to Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, London Gatwick, Santiago and Tenerife during the same month.
To accommodate the new routes and increased frequencies, the carrier will base two additional aircraft – 14 in total – at the Spanish capital.
