The cheap flights carrier will operate services along the new route eight times per week on everyday except Wednesday.
Estonian Air has undertaken the new route as part of a Public Service Obligation with Saare County and will operate flights to Kuressaare until September 30th 2013.
The airline recently pledged to reduce the amount of fuel it used for its flights in a bid to save money while petrol prices remain high.
It hopes it can reduce its consumption by around five per cent over the year, flying at slower speeds in order to cut down on the amount of fuel used.
Fuel reductions will also reduce the weight of the planes, which will in turn save on consumption.
The carrier will comply with minimum international regulations for carrying fuel, taking only enough to complete the flight plus reserves in case of adverse weather conditions.
