Low-cost airline Jet2.com announced its summer schedule from Manchester Airport yesterday (June 7th), which includes cheap flights to Crete, Gran Canaria and Majorca.
The schedule will take effect on March 27th next year and also consists of cheap flights to Split, Dubrovnik, Dalaman and Kos.
Rounding off the schedule from the north-west airport is the introduction of services to Lanzarote, Rhodes and Tenerife.
Philip Meeson, Jet2.com’s boss, said the schedule had been published because so many people choose to book their summer holidays "well in advance".
"With a fantastic mixture of the Balearics, Canaries, Greek islands not to mention mainland Spain and destinations outside the eurozone in Turkey, there really is something for everyone," he commented.
"We are proud to provide the people of the north-west with the widest choice of destinations and departure dates, friendliest flight times and biggest baggage allowance."
This Christmas, the carrier will introduce cheap flights to New York from Newcastle and Leeds Bradford airports for the very first time.
