JAL code share adds London Manchester connecting flights

Japan Airlines has announced a new code share agreement with British Airways.

Japan Airlines has announced a new code share agreement with British Airways that will offer twice-daily connections between Manchester and London Heathrow for passengers that have booked flights from Tokyo and Osaka.

The addition of cheap flights to Manchester means JAL airline flights now connect Japan to 26 cities in Europe on 38 routes.

JAL and British Airways are both members of the oneworld alliance and first started code sharing in February, 2004.

The agreement has meant passengers on flights from Japan can travel between London and Hamburg, Stuttgart, Vienna and Zurich.

Other connections available via JAL airline include flights to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Helsinki, Lyons, Madrid, Milan, Moscow, Munich, Nice, and Warsaw.
