Flights to Al Ain to be launched by Oman Air

Oman Air will commence daily cheap flights to Al Ain from Muscat next month in what becomes the carrier’s 35th international destination.

Al Ain is the fourth location in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) served by the airline after Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.

Peter Hill, Oman Air’s chief executive officer, is confident that flights to the emirate will prove popular thanks to Al Ain’s status as the UAE’s fourth-largest city.

"With this addition to the Oman Air network, we are sure many new markets will open up," he commented.

"The daily flights of Oman Air between Muscat and Al Ain will give the residents of Al Ain an opportunity to try the services of Oman Air."

Mr Hill went on to say that that the airline will launch new services in the future, with cheap flights to Kuala Lumpur set to commence on Saturday (May 1st).

Next month will be a busy one for the airline as it also introduces flights to Ras Al Khaimah in the northern part of the UAE on Sunday.
