The flagship UK carrier will also be adding new flights from London Heathrow Airport to Buenos Aires in Argentina by introducing three extra services per week from October 26th.
This route will also pass through Brazil, with a scheduled stop-over in Sao Paulo.
A spokesperson for the Argentine Tourist Board told ABTN: "We are delighted that BA is satisfying the demand but we believe that there is far greater potential."
BA recently signed a joint business agreement with American Airlines and Iberia to increase flights between North America and Europe.
The deal will see the carriers cooperating on services between the US, Mexico, Canada and the European Union.
Willie Walsh, BA chief executive, claimed that the new deal would provide passengers with better aligned schedules and frequencies.
