The service will take effect on November 19th and will be operated using a 150-seat MD-80 series jet aircraft.
Flights to the Floridian city will take off from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays.
Allegiant Air president and chief executive officer Maurice Gallagher said he was "extremely pleased" to be expanding the airline’s route network.
"This is an exciting new addition for our airline and our customers as we launch the only nonstop, air service between Northwest Arkansas and Orlando," he commented.
