Systems Engineer - Mac Services

You will be passionate about customer service and handling technical challenges within global macOS and iOS worldwide estates, you will have experience of enterprise mobile device management software, implementing new tools, systems and services, have knowledge and exposure to AWS or similar cloud technologies, have experience with cloud-based business applications (Azure AD, Microsoft Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack and other tools), Linux system administration, scripting (bash/ python/ swift) and technical troubleshooting. You will also be used to working in an agile environment.

The role will sit within the Employee Enablement Tribe which is responsible for providing the best working environment possible for our people. The team currently supports all of Skyscanner's people around the world. This includes the infrastructure that supports all our internal systems, including all aspects of office management and internal communications. You will be responsible for providing world class systems and support to all employees, physically and virtually.

You'll support and maintain all office support and maintain the macOS and iOS worldwide estate. You'll deploy and update infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You'll implement new tools, systems and services. You'll support Skyscanner’s internal userbase in the use and mastery of our toolset. You'll automate previously manual tasks. You'll collaborate with other squads in Employee Enablement, to move towards a truly digital workplace. Already a global leader in travel, we want to elevate the way we work to a whole other level.
