Beautiful city, there is a lot to do and see here! It does get chilly, so be sure to dress warm!

Not sure if I came at the wrong time or the wrong day... but it seems like a smaller version of Minneapolis. Everything was closed... on a Saturday night.

I love St. Paul. As with many of the towns in the north midwest, they look historic. The buildings tend to be made of stone and from older times, giving the town an elegant look. St. Paul also has a thriving arts scene. If you want to see Prairie Home Companion, get tickets well in advance.

It's easy to overlook the state capital of MN that was almost called Pig's Eye. The lesser known of the "Twin Cities," it is worth your while to spend some time here. As of right now, the downtown scene is relatively quiet, but it is starting to pick up the pace. Once the central corridor light rail line is completed (projected for 2014), enabling easy public transportation between both Twin Cities' downtowns, business is set to start booming.
