Mountains, plains and microbreweries everywhere! The Treasure State is the perfect cross section of the West.
Amazing views, mountains, animals, rivers, it's heaven for a nature lover. Fresh air, great place for outdoor activities, camping, fishing, hiking & more. Also borders with Canada so you can explore north if you desire!
A huge state with an insanely diverse landscape. If you love nature and animals you could never get tired of Montana.
Montana is what the touts call big sky country. I couldn't quite wrap my head around what that meant exactly till I saw a sunset over the mountains around Helena and I got it - Montana is one of those places where you can actually feel just how small and insignificant you really are in relation to the million of years and the raw force of nature that all came together to make that spectacular sunset over the mountains you just saw. Big sky country ain't just a slogan to get tourists to come, it's the plain truth of what it is.
