I like Hartford. I'm a city person. Hartford has great restaurants and great history.
Hartford's first European settlers were Dutch, and they arrived in 1633. Some years later, the English came in and named the settlement Hartford.
Hartford is (or was) the second largest city in New England, mostly due to the concentration of insurance company headquarters. I've always found it a dull place.
