Our family stay with Luisa (a Canadian family)

This small motel is a real gem: very well located, in a beautiful alley framed by houses with Inca walls and with breathtaking views of the archaeological site. Our room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast, served in the patio, under the beautiful tree with yellow flowers, was very tasty. A cozy, intimate, warm, welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We chatted a little with the owner, Mrs. Luisa, in Spanish. Immaculate welcome, very, very pleasant stay. We can’t wait to return to Ollataytambo, one of our favorites of our trip to Peru! (Canada)

Warm and cozy hostel in the heart of Ollantaytambo, comfortable rooms around a beautiful and florid garden

We spent three nights feeling very comfortable, in this very central hostel, 50 meters from the square. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding is light but warm, well lit, all around a picturesque garden where you have a rich breakfast prepared with very good hand by Americo. There is a very good priced laundry Service at the hotel, something much needed after a day of excursions. On the other hand, while the bathrooms have hot water, they can be a little cold and there can be some noises very early by guests leaving at dawn. But overall I consider the price/experience ratio to be very good, I recommend it.

Good location

Great location, just off the main square. Staff are friendly. The rooms are around a beautiful courtyard. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Great views of the ruins. We stored our luggage here when we travelled to Aguas Calientes.

Nice place to stay

I really enjoyed my stayed in Luisa's hostal. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and there is someone at the front desk always. The breakfast they provided was delicious. You can see the ruins from your room. It is a very nice place.
