Powderhorn Chateau is located at the bottom of the Mountain Road, a scenic 20 minute drive to Turoa Ski field. For summer visitors we're 40 minutes from the start of the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and 30 minutes from Pipiriki the starting point for trips on the Whanganui River and The Bridge to Nowhere.
