Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this hotel
I had booked 2 rooms through EaseMyTrip.com and received a confirmed booking message. However, when I reached the hotel for check-in, the staff completely denied my booking, saying they had not received any message from EaseMyTrip.
This happened even after I showed them the confirmation details. There was no support, no coordination, and no responsibility taken by the hotel staff. We were left stranded without accommodation after a long journey.
This kind of management failure is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. If the hotel is listed on online booking platforms, it is their duty to coordinate properly and honor confirmed bookings.
