No complaints:)

Great hotel with very welcoming staff! The rooms are perfect, there is no problem and the setting is beautiful! The services offered are top and the restaurant is nice, it is not far from the city you can easily reach it on foot.
I will gladly return!

Location good, management and customer service abysmal

Stay at the end of May - beginning of June 2024.
Room facing the garden (mill) was pleasant. A quiet room was also booked!!!!!
Arrival and check-in OK, but then:
* We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant; it was not possible because of a private event. Instead, we were offered to eat on a couch in the "hallway". NOT POSSIBLE!!! Hello!!! HOUSE GUESTS for 3 nights!!!!!
* Without prior information: A wedding party was planned directly in the garden, so basically in front of the "quiet" room. Due to bad weather, the party moved indoors. Nevertheless, a notice with an alternative offer would certainly have been appropriate.
* There were problems with the EC payment when checking out. The device did not work. We had to specifically get another "machine", which unfortunately did not print out a receipt. So a photo should suffice. After a few days, we received an impertinent letter saying "we should pay the bill". Ergo, nothing is recorded or politely asked, but rather a rude request is made!! Only after several back and forths was the situation clarified.
* The staff apparently communicates very little with the owners, which is understandable, as the lady of the house is very arrogant and presumptuous, even towards the customers!!!!
* There were several completely confused calls after the stay to clarify the payment process. Ultimately, it turned out that they were apparently not informed about the incoming payments, but then immediately "fired"! The error was clearly on their side, but it was presented as if the customer was to blame.
All in all, the beautiful location does NOT compensate - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! - for the behavior of the management. It is neither customer-oriented nor service-friendly, but very arrogant.
This hotel is no longer on the list of recommended hotels.
An apology has not been received to date (May 11, 2024).
There are other ways to do this, and above all, BETTER!

Good quiet stay.

Stayed here for a night while on a business trip. Wish I had more time! The location is isolated and quiet. Nestled between some hills along a stream. My room faced the stream and the large windows provided an excellent view and opening to the back garden area. Check-in was a little impersonal, but everything else was great. Clean room, decent wifi. I recommend a hike up to nearby Hirschkopfturm. Probably better for vacation than a business stay, but glad I had a chance to stay the night.

Quite & friendly staff

stayed in this hotel on November for 4 days. the room was clean, room heater works perfectly & had a large window with lovely garden view since the room is at the lower ground of the hotel.
The environment were quite, private & breakfast were great. Definitely I would stay there again for my next Weinheim visit.
