Nice surprise!

Very pleasant stay in a charming village in the Basque Country.
The hotel was welcoming and comfortable, perfect for rest.
We also ate very well, with quality cuisine.

Pool out of service

Very good meal, but unfortunately as a hotel guest, I could not enjoy the pool which was not maintained. With 30 degrees, we would have liked to be able to swim!

Notre piscine est ouverte, chauffée et parfaitement entretenue.
Elle est exclusivement réservée aux clients séjournant à l’hôtel et n’est pas accessible à la clientèle extérieure du restaurant.
Nous précisons également que l’auteur de cet avis n’était pas client de l’hôtel mais uniquement du restaurant.
Il voulais absolument accéder à la piscine. Malheureusement nous somme une piscine privé et pas municipale.
Cet avis ne reflète donc en rien l’expérience d’un séjour dans notre établissement. Et cette personne habite à Hasparren !

Incredible discovery

A great stay! The hotel offers impeccable comfort, with clean and well appointed rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive. Special mention in the restaurant: tasty cuisine, quality products and impeccable service. A very nice address to recommend without hesitation!

Disappointment

Happy to go to restaurant with our little family but big disappointment, unkind waitress, served limit we are thrown plates, we feel we are not welcome because we are not Basque maybe?We will not come back it is a shame because the dishes are good.
