National Park and the Beach are the attractions here in this area. The day I took the bus here, it was very crowded like 2 to 3pm in the afternoon. I checked out both the national park and beach, but wasn't too impressed. Good place to hike and then relax on the beach with a drink.

Beautiful national park on the Pacific coast. About a 3 hour drive from San José. There is also an airport if you want to fly instead. Very nice beaches, and a lot of accessible wild life. I was amazed at how many animals I saw while walking around the park.
